These are lovely, and realizing I called for same day delivery, I appreciate your making that happen. However, I specifically asked for Calla Lilies, and I see none. So I am a bit disappointed.

Pretty arrangement, however, This was for a man and I had asked all the flowers to be red. Not happy about the pink flowers and bow. That is why I specifically changed the color. Disappointed.

It looks nice but I thought the arrangement would be larger because I paid extra for a delux and looks the same as the picture on line. Wouldn't have upgraded if I was aware it was the same size.

I was disappointed on the quality of the arrangement, very generic flowers for the price. Not quite what I asked for. It was very difficult to place the order with the representative on the phone. Generally a bad experience.
