Thanks for delivering a better plant I am stool frustrated about the quality of your original delivery. I feel that you should credit me for this order, At least half for all this dissatisfaction. The customer should be pleased with the order

I am a bit disappointed because the flowers don't match the beauty of the image on your website. Also, it's smaller than I thought it would be. For $126.00, I expected a bit more. I should have asked for a measurement regarding the size. Next time I will.

Plant gets 5 stars. Pricing gets 1 star. I was totally dismayed that you charge $5 for a ribbon! Are you going to start charging for the containers also? I will re-think sending flowers/plants in the future, especially locally. The plant, ribbon, soil and a nice ceramic planter would have been 1/2 the price. Delivery would have taken me 30 min.

There's a big gap in the middle of arrangement that looks like they just ran out of flowers. All flowers at bottom just bunched together. Person who did this needs more training. Gladiolus we're not even open to add to arrangement. Last 2 I got like this were very pretty. Disappointed !

Not what I order order was for roses color of rainbow yellow rose with yellow stem. Red rose with red stem etc !!!!!?

The leaves on the left side look awful. Disappointed. Not so fresh.

I asked for small flowers, no roses. There were just a few flowers in the arrangement.

Doesn't look like the photo I ordered

I am very confused. I ordered the same arrangement for my mother and daughter and the pictures sent in these "rate you order" emails is not the same as what was delivered. The arrangement for my daughter was absolutely lovely and did not look at all like what the picture looked like. I have no idea what the arrangement for my mother looked liked. I can only hope that it was as lovely as the one for my daughter. The pictures need to represent what was actually delivered.

Small and unimpressive

I appreciate a photo being provided. I am disappointed in the color s brand of the arrangement. Online the Teleflora Precious Amethyst was light pink, lilac and Lavendar - pastels. The arrangement to be delivered is deep colors - it looks harsh, really. In the past I have been impressed with the arrangements I have purchased - not this time.

It's ok. I thought It would be in a vase with pretty colorful flowers. It looks like a fall arrangement. Disappointed

Too Many White flowers in this arrangement!! Not what I ordered! I know you will substitute if you dont have enough flowers from the original picture of this selection : Telefloral Aqua Bouquet . Where is the purple filler & different shades of pink Rose's & other pink flowers! Very Disappointed!! ALSO was overcharged I had selected the Standard version for $60 / Not for $70. I'm sure my daughter liked it ; but I wouldnt have chosen the version that you sent!

Bouquets supposed to be landscape : horizontal oriented. Light airy whimsical Not red or dark flowers Purple yellow orange and pink Very disappointed

Looks a little small for the price. A lot of green and not enough flowers. Just looks really plain. I Do appreciate getting a photo. It's nice… I just expected a little more for the price.

I chose a bouquet from the options displayed on your website based on its bright, fresh-lookng blooms and it's artful design. What my sister-law received was a lacklustre bouquet of standard design. I am not pleased.

The flowers were pretty BUT TINY! I've never spent that much for the size. Service and everything else was great but quality doesn't match the price.

Roses where not fresh

This was supposed to be for a baby girl; and there was supposed to be a little stuffed elephant with it.

Normally you guys knock it out of the park, but these aren't really what I was looking for, but they will do for our event tonight. Thank you.

From the picture I was shown to seeing this one here ! I thought it had more roses on this picture I only see two .

I was not happy with this order at all. I ordered a deluxe they gave me a regular. I asked for no carnations, and when I called, I was told that they would put in more roses, but they didn't. Lastly, I asked them to send me a photo for approval first and that didn't happen either.
