This doesn't look like like how the flowers were arranged in the picture and I don't like how the one of the stems is just slopped over...I appreciate you all getting my flowers fixed and delivered. It I won't be ordering from here again. Thank you

I am a bit disappointed. The picture in the online ad for Valentine's flowers as "Designer's Choice" showed only red and pink roses and carnations.If the un-opened flowers are Star Gazer lilies, that will help, but as is the arrangement is a disappointmen

I was happy for the opportunity to see the flowers, since normally I don't, but I was disappointed with what I saw. I had paid extra for an upgraded arrangement ($80), with del., etc. almost $100. The photo on the site was a nicely designed arrangement.

I can honestly say this is one of the first arrangements that I have been disappointed in. I always use McShan's because every arrangement looks great but this one is just not up to par. In the photo online the flowers come up all the day to the basket

Flowers were beautiful when delivered on Tuesday 12/15, and fresh water was added. However, this morning only seven remaining that are healthy and not wilted. Have always been happy with McShan flowers for the last 20 years... just not this time.

Container is not what I expected and the plant, not sure if that is a Chinese evergreen plant. Ribbon is okay, I think the green ribbon on original picture would have looked better.

We wished there had been more color and more flowers like Indian paintbrush, even red or orange Gerber daisies would have been nice. We we a little disappointed.
