I have always been pleased with the order but the picture of this looks like there is not enough fullness in the basket,looks a little skimpy on the fruit. The flowers are great. Perhaps the picture doesn't reflect the order.

I don't think they look that nice considering the cost. The flowers were somewhat wilted. And the bows look very tacky! No care into making the arrangement. Last time I'll order from here bc all I'm doing is paying for the name the flowers didn't stand

This looks nothing like the picture of what I ordered. I realize some substitutions can be made but there's nothing blooming about this. Supposed to be a Blooming in Color basket.Very disappointed.

These flowers were ordered for my grandmother's funeral (Amelia Maggiotta). She was 103 and did years of business with your florist. The amount of orders that she placed with you in the past was very indicative of the dedication she had to your business.

I ordered a basket with lots of color and more cheerful for a reason. This looks dull and drab. It looks nothing like what I ordered. So disappointed. I've used you all for years. Very disappointed this was sent out.

I was very disappointed in amount of flowers in arrangement for the amount of money it cost. I understand that flowers have gone up. I have been a long time user of McShan Florist, and I will have to rethink using them again. Liz Benchot

Arrangements were not totally symmetrical and had the appearance that flowers were missing because there was so much green and very light yellowish/green. Right arrangement has the appearance of being lopsided and not as tall as the left arrangement.

This really looks nothing like the example. WAY too much greenery and NOT enough flowers and red. Please review the Rest Sweetly example I went by in making my decision. Can you fix this??

HUGE ISSUE! Card attached to floral arrangement only indentified the florist. Occasion- husband's brother died unexpectedly at 930 the night before. I had plant/flowers and chocolates delivered to my husband's office the next day. Yes he went to work

Overall - very disappointed. While the flowers looked stunning upon arrival, within 24 hours the tulips were all bent over, wilted and losing petals. We've gotten fresher, stronger flowers from Trader Joes! So as a lifetime customer and for my $150 invest
