For one the bow on basket is ugly not that much fruits in basket and the bow should have been a man color not two different pink that's so ugly I would like to have some of my money back.who ever did this basket up needs more training on decorating.

These are not the colors I asked for. I asked for white and blue/masculine colors with a brown twig basket. These are orange and yellow colors. The plants look nice just not the right colors.

I cannot see the bowl other than what appears to be some sort of price tag stuck to the bottom of it. The bowl in the photo on your website appears larger but this one may just not be lit well. Please remove the label on the bottom before delivering. A

Flowers were nice but I wasn't at all impressed with the container it was in. When it arrived I received a call from the recipient that it looked like the container was damaged. Never had any quality issues ever in the past but dissapointed with this arr

For $70.+, I was hoping for an arrangement with a bit more creativity. If I'm being honest, this looks like an a bouquet I could have picked up at the supermarket. Pretty, but a bit disappointing.

I was disappointed in the choice of flowers, and flowers on the bottom looked as if they were falling out of the bouquet. This was a company arrangement, but no one from MTI knew which flowers they had help purchase.

The arrangement above was not as advertised on the website. I was disappointed as the one on the site is a more vibrant arrangement and appears to have more and different flowers. However, it was acceptable although underwhelming.

Nothing like the picture on the website. Flowers look somber, even wilted. I am actually embarrassed if this gift makes it to my friend. If this is the quality of your product, I would not like the gift to be delivered.

When I said I wanted MOSTLY pink, I meant MOSTLY pink. I see more yellow in this than pink and the roses look more red than pink. Not overly pleased.

The photo when I ordered showed a nice white pot that appeared to be clay or something other than plastic. This shows that you are delivering a green plastic pot. I'm not happy about this change.
