The pic on the website looked a lot better. The case on the website was better as well. Not worth what I paid at all plus delivery!

The ordering process was very good. The delivery was terrible. I received a call @ 3:30 in the afternoon that the delivery driver was running late and would try to be here before 4:30 when the two recepients would be leaving. The delivery driver arrived @

You can look at this picture and see for yourself the space that is in the arrangement on the right. Not full at all. Ribbon that was hanging on the arrangements was very wrinkled.

Flowers themselves were lovely, service sucked. After ordering 29 hours in advance my order was given to the driver with less than a hour before my lady was to leave work, THAT'S Right he didn't make it. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY ( NOT )!!!

My fault for ordering the most elaborate level. That looks like a overgrown pot. Not a more beautiful version of the website picture. If there's the possibility of reducing it I'll pay the same.

hey - I like getting the photo, that is a cool confirmation method. It looks like a well executed arrangement - but what I ordered from the website was all whites and bright yellows - so I get a totally different feeling from this - and I am not thrilled

We did not receive the flowers we ordered and even those pictured are not what you mistakenly put into your order system. First time for McShan's - you are always excellent - but this was a huge disappointment to our event.
