Was not what I expected for the money I paid..should have been bigger and or larger but then you change the picture and it was not what it seemed when I visited my Mom at the nursing home.

I ordered the Fill My Heart Bouquet for both my mom and mother-in-law; however, these are not the ones my mom received. She received dark flowers in a yellow butterfly pitcher. My mother-in-law did receive the correct ones and they were beautiful. Sure

Order#63091637 was to be deliver Fri May 8th per "Shirley" to Lela Howard 5312 Elkridge dr Dallas 75227. 214-381-5283 The delivery was not made and there were people home all day waiting for delivery. Please have these flowers delivered by Sat May 9th as

Disappointed that there is so much purple. There are no cream roses. Seems lie cheaper carnations have replaced them. Doesn't look as elegant as advertised.

This actually looks small and sparce for the "BEST" RECOMMENDED on the website. This actually looks like the $45 bouquet instead of the $75. Thanks for allowing me to comment. I appreciate it as a loyal customer.

That's a huge difference from what they looked like online. Not quite the size of flowers that I picked out. Lots of open space, tiny roses and not balanced at all. Love that I got a pic though.

The flowers above are nice but seems worth $69 not $120.00. With Delivery it cost me $148. It is not worth the price. Very disappointed.

I was disappointed in the look and quality of the corsage. The ribbon was fuchsia with red roses, so I asked them to change it to red. Unfortunately, I didn't look close enough before leaving the store -- several of the tiny roses were wilted on the end

This was much smaller than I expected for $50.00. I knew exactly which one it was on the stage. I would have ordered a larger one if I had known. This is the 2nd time I have been disappointed with my selection. Not very happy.

When I ordered the flowers, I asked if the arrangements were both the same size and was told yes by the person who took my order. These were not the same size as you can see. The flowers were going to two admins whose desks are right next to each other. I

Did not feel this arrangement was up to McShann's quality. When I spoke to customer service they provided a beautiful replacement. That is why I like McShanns, they stand behind their product.
