Everything in this process was so smooth! My company was sending flowers from out of state and it was about an hour from the time the order was placed to the time I got a picture of it. Very impressed

The plant is beautiful. The sender was surprised by the container, which must not match the one she saw online when ordering. But this photo must have been taken from the actual plant I got because it matches exactly. I do appreciate getting the photo.

This photo does not adequately match your example on the website. Your website includes multiple Lillies. Baby's breath is an insufficient substitution for appropriate accent flowers as described in the website. Additionally, I selected a premium arrangement. It is not clear to me what qualifies this as premium versus classic.

My flowers were so beautiful! The arrangement, was perfect! The freshness and they smell so good! It's the best flower arrangement I've received. They were perfect! Nothing wilted, just fresh and smelling good. The gentlemen that delivered was a perfect gentlemen and very kind.
