Flowers etc crammed into vase where very difficult add water

John, we apologize that the vase was too full. I believe we used sea foam in the vase. If you hold the vase in the sink to fill it, that should help. If not, give us a call; we are always happy to help.

Everything in this process was so smooth! My company was sending flowers from out of state and it was about an hour from the time the order was placed to the time I got a picture of it. Very impressed

The plant is beautiful. The sender was surprised by the container, which must not match the one she saw online when ordering. But this photo must have been taken from the actual plant I got because it matches exactly. I do appreciate getting the photo.
