McShan Florist always does a lovely job. I live 2,000 miles away. So knowing I can count on them to create a lovely and appropriate floral arrangement, following what I had requested, and to deliver it when promised, is tremendous. I am grateful to the McShan staff for their excellent work. Receiving a photo of the arrangement was an unexpected bonus.

We do like having a picture of the arrangement sent. We were expecting a white porcelain pot. The pot shown is not as pretty.

I heard from my daughter that the plants were lovely, I just thought the plants were going to be a little taller and the azaleas were pink. Since my daughter's friend's mother passed away, that is why I picked the arrangement with pink flowers. Other than that, they were delivered on time, and thank you.
