The flowers look lovely, however there seems to be less roses / flowers in this arrangement than the image on your website. A little disappointed, as have used you before and was really pleased with your service, hence why using you again.

It's my 2nd time ordering this arrangement, the recipient is very happy. This time I ordered a larger size but it looks like the vase is the same size, when the Lilies start to bloom they were going to be squished so they move them to another vase. I like getting the picture and status update. 5 star

Upset with the delivery. Did NOT include a figurine I left with the lady at front desk. I reminded her again before I left. Could not incorporate it IN the flowers but said they would add it on the side....deliver it WITH the flowers. Where is it??? Was NOT delivered with the flowers 😔
