It looks as if some of the leaves are wilted, and makes the plant look sparse. I'm a little disappointed with this one. Maybe it the angle of the picture presentation.

I thought there would be more dark orchids. The dark purple ones. Would it be possible to have a little more white in? The gray ones look a little wilty

It may be a nice arrangement, but it's definitely not as bountiful as the arrangement pictured on your website. The arrangement pictured on your website had a much larger ratio of flowers.

On the photo on the website it shows some other flowers that's not in this picture. Where are those flowers?

No ivy going up the pole to empty

It is beautiful but I requested PINK azaleas.

It's really dark and does not contain any sunflowers.

I love the arrangment but my name (BJ) was left off the ribbon. Also, the blue color was not the correct blue as I came in with a picture from previous order of our school colors. They give a credit for the ribbon and for my name missing but it still didn't fix the disappointment of me and my classmates to make it right for a home going celebration. Yes I like getting photo but it was 3 days too late.

I was disappointed with my order. I ordered the Butterfly Kisses Garden which had very different plants in the picture on the website. I understand there can be a shortage of plants but this order looks totally different. The picture I saw had several butterflies and this arrangement has one from what I can see. I also asked that any flowers or butterflies be a bright color like yellow or red. I even explained why. I did not get what i requested.

I'm a little disappointed, looks a little bare in front. I wish there were more flowers. I do love getting a photo. Thank you very much.

This is the first time that I have been disappointed. However, I know that mistakes happen. My recipient did not receive the wine. Please credit my account for the costs associated with the wine. She was happy with the roses.

Beautiful flowers, however, I did not want a bow, just ribbon winding through the arrangement.

To be honest doesn't look as full as I expected for 75$ . Maybe those are expensive flowers but they are not roses? Just being honest.

I requested an upgraded vase but it arrived with regular vase that's on the website. The flowers were beautiful but I was very disappointed in the vase.
