I like getting a photo, that's nice. But it looks different from the picture on your website. I thought the pot would be white. Also, in the website picture you can't see the stems of the flowers which makes it look more full.

I like receiving a photo; however, I'm a bit disappointed of the size after seeing what I could have gotten from other places for less price. Since you are an approved vendor, we don't have a choice, but I would hope your prices would be comparable to others.

Flowers were beautiful as always, the Veuve wine was sold at a 100% markup...had I had more time I would have most likely built my own bouquet and saved $50 on the bottle of wine. I have always supported McShan's locally but pricing wise vs. products received is not what it used to be (see Aloe Plant as well).

I thought it would have more flowers than the greenery. I wanted a complete pink flower arrangement and I see a lot of purple accents, which I was not of the understanding would be in the arrangement

Charlotte was very kind and helpful when I placed my order. I do appreciate receiving a photo of the tree that was delivered. Unfortunately, between the time it was delivered on Saturday and when I saw it at the service at 2:30 on Sunday, the blooms were drooping and wilted looking, but still red. I don't know what happened between the time of the photo and the time I saw them, but it was embarassing that my arrangement did not look good.

These flowers looked old. When they came, they did not look like a fresh flower arrangements just made. Don't get me wrong I like them but they looked like old flowers you needed to use.
