WAS READY ON TIME AS PROMISED BUT THE COLOR WAS NOT RIGHT WE SAID GREEN AND WHITE FLOWERS ON THE CROSS AND THE CROSS MIS ALL GREEN BUT ITS TOO LATE TO CHANGE FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE SPENT WE EXPECTED BETTER. GUES WE SHOULD HAVE USED FTD

I am not sure that the arrangement is symmetrical. It looks like there are a lot of lovely flowers, but somewhat hastily arranged and uncontrolled; like a less than perfect hair day. I don't know if it's because of the dead sticks in the arrangement or if the angle of the picture is at fault.

Beautiful arrangement but that is not what I ordered. That is what I ordered last year. I ordered something similar and was told it would be something with tropical flowers. Plus it was late.

It looks as if some of the leaves are wilted, and makes the plant look sparse. I'm a little disappointed with this one. Maybe it the angle of the picture presentation.

It may be a nice arrangement, but it's definitely not as bountiful as the arrangement pictured on your website. The arrangement pictured on your website had a much larger ratio of flowers.

I love the arrangment but my name (BJ) was left off the ribbon. Also, the blue color was not the correct blue as I came in with a picture from previous order of our school colors. They give a credit for the ribbon and for my name missing but it still didn't fix the disappointment of me and my classmates to make it right for a home going celebration. Yes I like getting photo but it was 3 days too late.

We apologize for the mistake, when you came in to place the order we copied the names you had written down for us on a paper. We did ask you royal or light blue however your decision was royal blue as it was on the picture you showed us.

I was disappointed with my order. I ordered the Butterfly Kisses Garden which had very different plants in the picture on the website. I understand there can be a shortage of plants but this order looks totally different. The picture I saw had several butterflies and this arrangement has one from what I can see. I also asked that any flowers or butterflies be a bright color like yellow or red. I even explained why. I did not get what i requested.
