Thanks for the picture! It is a pretty arrangement, but not what ordered. I expected to see more Gerber Daisies as these were prominent in the pictured order as well as the softer colors. I sent my son-in-law a picture of what we ordered so he would know what was coming. I'll update his information so he won't be surprised when it arrives.

We purchased it based on the pretty pink and purple in the picture

I was disappointed in the banners as you could not really read what was on them unless you were standing close. Also by the time of the service Friday some of the flowers were already wilting.

Really not what I tried to convey as needed. I wanted a tiny bouquet for a 5 year old ballerina. This turned out like it's for Miss America:(

I thought the image was misleading- not on purpose but because of the angle photograph. I was surprised by the size. Arrangement still nice. Thanks!

I was a bit disappointed as it looks skimpy and the bows are too much.

A little disappointed. I thought I was paying more for the arrangement to be "fuller." I thought it would have a lot more white flowers.

Thank you for the photo - I do appreciate seeing the arrangement. It looked quite pretty. I do wish the arrangement had been closer to the online picture, which I had selected for its pretty pinks and whites with a touch of yellow, and “fuller” look. Thank again for the photo.

Kind of disappointed in how this one turned out. Did not look like the picture even after I called about it.

I had hoped to see colorful flower that was added in the picture of what I ordered. It appears to only be green plants.

The flower was very very skimpy for the price. I specifically request that arrangement but FULL. I didn't realize with banner was smaller than a ribbon, if I'd know I would have just kept the ribbon for free. Not very satisified at all.

I did like seeing the photo. I saw the Lily at the Funeral however I didn't see the Rubber Tree Plant. And I guess I didn't speak clearly enough to the Lady who took my orders over the phone because my deceased friend's name is Elmore B. Scott, not Elmor D Spott. After the fact I realize I should have spelled out the name for your employee to make sure it was understood and recorded correctly. I just hope the Scott Family was not offended.

I asked for a stargazer lilly and I don't see one. For the amount of money spent I could have gone to grocery store and got better flowers.

I WANTED LIGHT PURPLE COLOR TO GO WITH IT BUT INSTEAD I GOT DARK PURPLE,( MAROOM? ) WHICH DIDN'T SHOW WELL IN THE SANCTUARY, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I FIRST REQUESTED BLUE N DIFFERENT SHADES OF BLUE, THE LADY SAID THERE IS NO BLUE ANYMORE.

Love getting the photo. Disappointed it's not as pretty as the one picture online. Doesn't have variegated green compacta dracaena or the large black river rocks & I don't see any moss. Online it's 3 distinguished plants.

Online photo very deceptive as it was stubby and cheap looking…$20$ for delivery is outrageous…McShan is not the only source beautiful flowers..I have made ( after 30+ years as customer) I am going. . Elsewhere. For my floral needs.

Not what I expected as a table centerpiece for the $$$ you are charging! Disappointed to say the least!!! Not up to what you have supplied in the past!! Ordered a table centerpiece not a VASE arrangement. NOT HAPPY!!!

The flower arrangement was beautiful! However, the plant didn't have much in it. Overall, we were satisfied.

Flowers are beautiful but the cross is not as distinctive as shown on your website. This is a little disappointing!
