Is this a dish garden?

The flower arrangement was beautiful! However, the plant didn't have much in it. Overall, we were satisfied.

Flowers are beautiful but the cross is not as distinctive as shown on your website. This is a little disappointing!

I was very disappointed the arrangement was not at the family visitation as ordered. I have always had great response to my requests from McShan's. The flowers were beautiful, but a little saggy at the bottom. I thought the banner would be longer and sideways across the flowers so you could see the banner better. Upon inspection of the banner, it appeared to have some other writing on the inside and then just pinned to the flowers. Since this was from 22 ladies, I felt responsible for the mistake made by McShan's. I have always bragged about what a beautiful job McShan's does for me. Hopefully, my next experience will be better. Blessings, Mary Freeman

I was very disappointed in the flowers you sent. I asked for various shades of pink because it was for a child's baptismal event. I did not think this picture agrees with what I requested. I also saw this the next day & some of them were wilting already.

The flowers were supposed to be purple!

The flowers were beautiful; however, they were not delivered until moments before the funeral service began. This was also the case for the other arrangements and the funeral spray for the casket. The late delivery was disruptive and caused unnecessary concern for family and friends who had gathered to honor a loved one

It was just a little smaller than expected.

Does not look as striking as photo when ordering. Order photo has a variegated plant in front.Have been ordering from y'all for 49 years and this is second in 3 months that has not been up to McShan's product.

Asked for a few roses when placed order. Next order will ask for a call before order is shipped.

The plant I picked was larger and more different types of plants in it. This doe not look the same

Picture on website had more roses and i thought the$5 mylar would be a full size

The Butterfly Garden arrangement is gorgeous, but I do not see the two butterflies in the photo. However, I do see two items the same color as the beautiful bow.

I don't think in the years I've ordered from McShan that I've not been pleased with the plant or flowers delivered. On Friday when I saw the pic, I immediately did not like the plant. I've ordered the same plant in the past month and it was much fuller and just an overall beautiful plant. I called to express my concern and I must say, it's so nice that McShan stand by their quality of work. I was told the plant delivered could be replaced today and that makes me happy. I just want the recepient to receive the beautiful plant I assumed she would get. I'm rating based on the original delivery and hope once the replacement is delivered, I will have another opportunity to provide more positive feedback on the replacement. Thanks for working with me and ensuring the plant is replaced.

It's okay.

I don't like the purple hydrangeas. They are supposed to be blue. The purple clashes with the vase.

I am the giver, not the recipient, so I haven't seen the actual arrangement...only the photo. I would love so much to give a 5 star review, but I can't. The picture of what I ordered show a beautiful tall cylindrical container swirled with the colors of the flowers. That container made it ete-catching to me. It also lifted the flowers up off the counter and had a happy feel. But the picture of the actual arrangement is plain squatty black and the flowers almost touch the counter. The flowers also are not arranged in the same eye-appealing way. The actual arrangement looks a little droopy and sad.

nice flowers but just doesn't appear to be $125 worth of flowers at all - I honestly expected something more exotic looking and I don't care for the green hydrangea-looking flowers at the bottom - the vase is awfully plain too - I'm sorry to complain - my family was in the wholesale flower business in Tyler for nearly 60 years and I know how much work goes into creating good arrangement

I never got what I asked for....an orchid dish garden with multiple orchid plants. It looks like you just repurposed the orchid I had previously rejected and busied the pot with other plants. I cannot recommend you for that reason...your efforts cannot be confused with 'results.' What you sent, was not what we had discussed. I am embarrassed by this gift to my friend. '
