I appreciate getting a picture and I'm hoping there are more than 2 roses in that vase. The cheapest one had 3 online and I paid for the deluxe.

Where are the Caly Lillie's and the hydrangeas looking flowers? More daises than the photo on the website shows.

Thank you for re doing the arrangement; however, it appears that the one from August 14th was not what was emulated, and that's what I requested. This one looks more similar to the one from August 29th that I was not pleased with at all. Thanks, Ms. Crear

The flowers were pretty but did not resemble the photo. Nor did they fit the personality for the deceased. I appreciated receiving the photo! Thanks.

Not what is pictured on the website. Advertised as many more blooms and various colors. Also ordered the deluxe version which has even more flowers on the website.

Is the flowers crooked in there. There needs to be a flower on the right side of the note plz

The color of the arrangement was beautiful, but I thought for the price we paid that the arrangement would have been fuller with more flowers instead of more green. It's not close to the picture in your website. Not sure if it met it's standards.

I appreciate receiving photos. I send many arrangements from McShan both personally as well as through my employer Pivot Building Services. This is the first time in many orders I have been unhappy. I am disappointed in this arrangement. It doesn't look as nice as the Teleflora's One Fine Day photo of the online.

I'm not impressed with this arrangement. I was very busy this morning and didn't get to check email. When I did check the arrangement had already been delivered.

It was ok. It didn't look like the arrangement on your site, but the recipient was happy. Yes, I do like getting a photo.

Ask to make arrangement has close as possible to pick on website. Should include blue hydrangeas, white lilies, white alstroemeria. Light blue delphinium, dusty Miller and variegated pittosporum.

The flowers were very pretty but the delivery was awful.

The blue was disappointing. I thought it looked cheap. The pink was beautiful.

The recipient of the plant was not happy with it. She said it was drooping and felt like it hadn't been watered, as the dirt was very dry. I have never had that kind of issue with your florist and I was quite embarrassed by her response It was a birthday plant to help cheer her up as she has a terminal Illness and found the plant depressing. I can't fix this, but hopefully you can.

It's not the colors on the picture I chose. I loved the lavender color. That is why I chose that one. Do not like the yellow.
