The floral arrangement was much appreciated by the family it was sent. However getting it ordered was quite a chore for me and being able to communicate with the woman who took my order.She informed me that my telephone number was also the same as another client.I have had that phone number for many, many years and no one else should have it. My husband has a mobile phone and our daughters have their own phone numbers.No one else has my permission to use that number. Secondly her computer had some kind of problem or she wasn't able to use her computer to complete the sale.Finally whatever was going on was fixed but it was not an easy or quick transaction. Frankly I'm not sure I want to go through all the hassle of my purchase again. (Ms.) Sammy Rusk

The plant was not as full as advertised on your website.

It's was just ok, I was disappointed.

Not quite what I ordered. No alstroemeria or eucalyptus, no whimsy vase. Not very full. As a floral design teacher, I expect better from McShans.

Arrangement was beautiful. However, it arrived at the business after hours. Total failure.

Flowers looked great on arrival but started to wilt and droop within 24 hours. Not what I've usually experienced from your company.

Bouquet does not look as full as one on website. Also, upgraded to next level. Thought it would be more full than shown here.

The flowers look pretty, but the vase/bouquet looks smaller than the picture online.

Flowers are beautiful, but went to the wrong address. People at the wrong address brought them down from two blocks away, but this could have turned out poorly.

I like getting a photo but its confusing because it is not coordinated with the delivery. I almost thought it was delivered already but it has not arrived yet. Maybe say something regarding that with the photo. Like “ arrangement may not yet be delivered”. Or “as long as you like what you see it is on the way!”

Requested same day delivery with 4 hours notice, but was delivered next day.

Like getting the photo but do not like the arrangement. Thought it would be a plant mixture without the flowers.

The arrangement should include lilies. I do not see them. Please review.

Although its pretty it was supposed to be mostly carnations not roses thats why I picked the one I did.

It's nice arrangement wish there some pink it's a lot of yellow.

Unable to see in person myself, however one person in attendance said the flowers looked wilted. Another person in attendance said they did not look as full and pretty as the ones you sent for the Bob Thornton funeral a week earlier. Appreciate the photos.

They look alright, definitely not as pretty as what I saw in the website.

The plant was not as full as I thought it should be. Pray family will be pleased. The eye may see it different from picture. I ordered with the plant being similar to the peace lily.

I really thought I would see more flowers in the spray . Disappointed.

It is nice looking but does not look exactly the same as the picture on line. The one online is has longer foliage spreading out and I do not see the fern as shown on the front left side of the image on online. Also there is the strong contrast of the light colored foliage plant int eh center of the online photo and next to it is a bird. I do not see the bird in this arrangement. That really disappoints me. This person is in a serious situation at the hospital and the bird would have been a nice element for her to see while convalescing. The plants however are all healthy. I thank you for sending me the photo so I know what it looks like. I guess I will have to go out and by a bird to add to the arrangement. But will not be able to add it to the arrangement until she is willing to see visitors. Details are important.
