In speaking w/your rep, Charlotte, who was VERY helpful, b/c you no longer offer the teacup w/baby roses, she helped me decide on the small, square glass container. I requested 6 pink roses, purple status and baby's breath. My order was clearly MUCH more "greenery," which dwarfed the roses, etc. I was led to believe that the arrangement would still be small, personal and proportionate to the vase. Disappointing...however, I DO appreciate the picture!

I purchased these on a Wednesday for my anniversary. The arrangement didn't look good, but the vast majority of the lilies were not opened. I don't have a problem with some of them not being opened, due to wanting them to look good for a longer period of time. But I think I only had one Lily that was open for several days. The arrangement did not look complete until about three or four days after our anniversary

Liked the flowers wanted a different vase. A tall one since the order was 98.00 dollars and that way-the roses would be long stem.The staff said they would write it on the order. Like getting a picture and the staff were friendly.

The planter that is being delivered does not look like the planter on the web site

Not what I was expecting.

I was sort of disappointed by the size of my arrangement for the cost. It was beautiful though.

The flowers were beautiful, however the recipient had already left work when they were delivered so i had to call her and tell her if she could go back to work because i had sent her a “surprise”. Not to mention i paid extra to get an early delivery. Flowers were beautiful, service was not.

It is lovely but not as pictured on your website. I am a huge fan of succulents and they were not prevalent.

When we got the photo, we were VERY underwhelmed. My sisters and I were able to see the actual arrangement last night. It was fine, but not nearly as beautiful as what we had intended to send for Matthew's funeral. The online picture was very impressive, full and soft around the edges with white orchids. What I feel we got was smaller, very tightly arranged and not white orchid. I understand white might not have been available, but we were surprised to see color. Matthew's mother received a McShan Francisco Garden at her home and it was very representative of your online Francisco Garden. It is as beautiful as what we ordered at half the price. I must say in all this that the young woman that assisted us by phone placing the order was most excellent, patient, and helpful. But we were, in fact, disappointed in the arrangement.

I would think there would be more flowers for the amount paid.

Have used McShan for decades. This time it was a hot mess. All turned out ok though, recipient loved the arrangement.

At least 1 of those roses look pretty rough:(

Flowers are great, but Fruit selection is poor.

It was skimpy for over $300 dollars cost. It should have been fuller.

Somewhat disappointed with the lack of red flower in the arrangement. This does not look as much like a "Happy Christmas" arrangement as I imagined.

Beautiful arrangement, don't particularly like the vase. I really didn't ask what type of vase the arrangement would be put in.

The recipient of the bouquet said she liked them. Please do not add glitter to arrangements that don't show glitter on the website. Many people find glitter on flowers or in arrangements to be tacky. If I had known that was a possibility I would have specified on the instructions not to add any. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Would liked for it to be a little Fuller and not so tall. Picture may not do it justice

Not what I ordered and does not look like the picture that the receiver sent us.,.photos not too good if they aren't accurate.

Been a customer for 40+ years and first time there's been a problem. Nowhere on the arrangement did it tell the Silbers' who the flowers were from. 5 days before the mystery was solved. Karen vonForell

The first delivery was a disaster. The stems broke off of the plant. Refused delivery. The second plant made it in tact. It was okay, not great.
