Not nearly as pretty as the one pictured on the website.

I appreciated the picture of the plant I ordered, but this is not what was delivered. Since they have already been accepted, I see no reason to exchange them, just wanted to make you aware of the mix-up.

This is what I got for $100?

I ordered Morning Bright arrangement. These are not the ones that I ordered.

Twice now I've tried to explain my rating, but somehow it's erased! So, I was very disappointed in the container used for my garden sent to my cousin's family hour on 4/1/22. I'll use 3 stars 'cause I will not say poor( 2 stars )...

The arrangement is beautiful, unfortunately the flowers do not seem fresh.

The plant is very pretty, but the long stick should have been trimmed down.

The arrangement is not the color as requested - the picture showed purple and violet flowers. It was discussed that was what was wanted as this is a FedEx family member. Fedex Express colors are predominately Purple and Orange. Thank you for the opportunity for feedback.

I thought this orchid would be white. It is a sympathy gift. I like getting a picture I am just disappointed with the color of the plant. A purple one would have been good too. This is the first time I haven't given 5 stars.

I know pictures don't always do justice, but this looks a little "sparce" or "puny". Not as full as I was expecting with big, vibrant greenery. Maybe seeing it in person might look better?????

It's pretty but sadly doesn't look as full as the upgrade I paid for.

I was disappointed. I felt the arrangements looked nothing like what was on the site the evening I placed the order. I also don't feel this arrangement looks like the most expensive option which is what I paid for. I was unhappy.

I appreciate the photo because the arrangement went to a funeral service that I was unable to attend. Someone saw it and said it was really pretty. Thank you!

The bouquet I ordered turned out to look way different than the picture on the website. I ordered the One Fine Day bouquet, which looks like a beautiful, bright arrangement full of flowers online. But the photo I received of my order looked darker and spaced out. I realize that there are shortages and things that may be out of your control, and I would have understand if it was a little off. But it looks like a completely different bouquet. I would have paid more if it resulted in a fuller, prettier arrangement. A little disappointed. Purchase and scheduling delivery online was very easy though.

I like receiving a photo. I do not think this is the prettiest arrangement that could have been made.

It is very pretty but I said I wanted white lillies along with white hydrangea and NO roses.

I appreciate the photo but the arrangement is not as full as the picture of the online photo.

Okay arrangement, It is not up to your usual impressive look, for the price. I would give this a B-/C+. I am not sure what happen in the translations from Florist choice but in this case, this did not meet my satisfaction for flowers. The Florists designer needs to up the game as this is not McShan Exceptionalisms which I have come to expect in my flower giving and 10 plus years of being McShan customer.

This is NOT even close to the picture on the website. Not as many flowers, not near as full, not as much greenery.

Beautiful, however, I requested a box or basket container. Looks too small for the cost.

Not enough flowers for what I paid for on this arrangement, but other wise I loved the flowers.
