I love and appreciate McShan's VERY MUCH. The gal who helped me (Susie?) was super nice. HOWEVER! 1) The carnations were totally wilted. I know they were used for color which I did want. But, checking them a few minutes before the funeral service and walking over to them afterwards, I was very disappointed in the carnations. Totally wilted! Also, last time I ordered, I asked for a ribbon to read "Dear Friend" and there was NO ribbon. This is very unlike McShan Florist. I did call at that time to let you know. You did, indeed, include a ribbon on a previous order which was lovely. Yes, I do enjoy receiving a picture of my order. The flowers are always delivered on time and usually very pretty. I will most likely continue to use your service but would appreciate a little more attention to detail. Thank you. Barbara Everts

There were things I liked and disliked. White roses were beautiful, loved the looped greenery. Hydrangeas were mostly green instead of blue like I wanted. Asked for a carrier to transport which we didn't get. Felt it was overpriced for what we got. I like getting the photo. Star rating 2.5 instead of 3.

This arrangement was disappointing to me if you compare to the photo on your website. The large leaves are not proportioned with the flowers and they are not spread apart enough. I have been a customer many years and McShan's work is usually the best. I appreciate the photo.

I'm not sure what happened on the order. The roses wilted in two days. Greenery appeared to be frozen. It turned black and dry. Could be that it happened as wife was bringing them home from school after delivery. You all are very good. Of course I'll be ordering again. I was disappointed that my wife didn't get to enjoy the beautiful yellow roses as long as I had hoped.

The arrangement was a very nice bouquet, but not what we requested. We specifically asked for lilies and for the arrangement not to be in a vase. When I called to let them know that this wasn't what we requested, I was told too bad because it was already out for delivery. It was disappointing as this was the main spray for a funeral from the deceased's family.

The floral arrangement was much appreciated by the family it was sent. However getting it ordered was quite a chore for me and being able to communicate with the woman who took my order.She informed me that my telephone number was also the same as another client.I have had that phone number for many, many years and no one else should have it. My husband has a mobile phone and our daughters have their own phone numbers.No one else has my permission to use that number. Secondly her computer had some kind of problem or she wasn't able to use her computer to complete the sale.Finally whatever was going on was fixed but it was not an easy or quick transaction. Frankly I'm not sure I want to go through all the hassle of my purchase again. (Ms.) Sammy Rusk

I like getting a photo but its confusing because it is not coordinated with the delivery. I almost thought it was delivered already but it has not arrived yet. Maybe say something regarding that with the photo. Like “ arrangement may not yet be delivered”. Or “as long as you like what you see it is on the way!”
