Unable to see in person myself, however one person in attendance said the flowers looked wilted. Another person in attendance said they did not look as full and pretty as the ones you sent for the Bob Thornton funeral a week earlier. Appreciate the photos.

The plant was not as full as I thought it should be. Pray family will be pleased. The eye may see it different from picture. I ordered with the plant being similar to the peace lily.

It is nice looking but does not look exactly the same as the picture on line. The one online is has longer foliage spreading out and I do not see the fern as shown on the front left side of the image on online. Also there is the strong contrast of the light colored foliage plant int eh center of the online photo and next to it is a bird. I do not see the bird in this arrangement. That really disappoints me. This person is in a serious situation at the hospital and the bird would have been a nice element for her to see while convalescing. The plants however are all healthy. I thank you for sending me the photo so I know what it looks like. I guess I will have to go out and by a bird to add to the arrangement. But will not be able to add it to the arrangement until she is willing to see visitors. Details are important.

The arrangement I got was not exactly the arrangement that I ordered. Not only did the plant look skimpy and smaller, the plant had leaves that were very visible in the front where they cut off the dead ends. I called and was told they do have the plants in stock, all except for one, and the plant would be redone. When they sent me the second picture of what was supposed to be a redone plant (almost 4 hours later), it was the same picture they sent me the first time. I called again and was told they do not have all the plants that I ordered, and that I was told wrong by the person I spoke with. They did replace the plant in the front that had cut leaves with a different plant, and it did look better than the first picture, but I was not happy that it wasn't what I ordered. I understand that you sometimes don't have exactly what's in the picture someone ordered from, but had they not waited so long to tell me they didn't have what I wanted, I may have had time to get the plant that I wanted somewhere else, or ordered something else. Getting the photo is definitely a must!

My last two funeral orders have been a huge disappointment . I feel that the flower arrangements do not represent amount of money I have spent . I have been a loyal customer since 1979.

In speaking w/your rep, Charlotte, who was VERY helpful, b/c you no longer offer the teacup w/baby roses, she helped me decide on the small, square glass container. I requested 6 pink roses, purple status and baby's breath. My order was clearly MUCH more "greenery," which dwarfed the roses, etc. I was led to believe that the arrangement would still be small, personal and proportionate to the vase. Disappointing...however, I DO appreciate the picture!

I purchased these on a Wednesday for my anniversary. The arrangement didn't look good, but the vast majority of the lilies were not opened. I don't have a problem with some of them not being opened, due to wanting them to look good for a longer period of time. But I think I only had one Lily that was open for several days. The arrangement did not look complete until about three or four days after our anniversary

Liked the flowers wanted a different vase. A tall one since the order was 98.00 dollars and that way-the roses would be long stem.The staff said they would write it on the order. Like getting a picture and the staff were friendly.

The flowers were beautiful, however the recipient had already left work when they were delivered so i had to call her and tell her if she could go back to work because i had sent her a “surprise”. Not to mention i paid extra to get an early delivery. Flowers were beautiful, service was not.

When we got the photo, we were VERY underwhelmed. My sisters and I were able to see the actual arrangement last night. It was fine, but not nearly as beautiful as what we had intended to send for Matthew's funeral. The online picture was very impressive, full and soft around the edges with white orchids. What I feel we got was smaller, very tightly arranged and not white orchid. I understand white might not have been available, but we were surprised to see color. Matthew's mother received a McShan Francisco Garden at her home and it was very representative of your online Francisco Garden. It is as beautiful as what we ordered at half the price. I must say in all this that the young woman that assisted us by phone placing the order was most excellent, patient, and helpful. But we were, in fact, disappointed in the arrangement.
