This is the first time that I have been disappointed. However, I know that mistakes happen. My recipient did not receive the wine. Please credit my account for the costs associated with the wine. She was happy with the roses.

Beautiful flowers, however, I did not want a bow, just ribbon winding through the arrangement.

To be honest doesn't look as full as I expected for 75$ . Maybe those are expensive flowers but they are not roses? Just being honest.

No ribbon? Very plain looking

Not sure how I like it until I see it in person. Not impressed with the picture.

I requested an upgraded vase but it arrived with regular vase that's on the website. The flowers were beautiful but I was very disappointed in the vase.

The order was for classic rose plant.

I would have liked a pink bow It is for a ten year old granddaughter Also a more colorful basket and more cellophane to the top Can I see where the chips and cookies r in the basket I don't see them

Pretty but, the one on line was much more vibrant. I do appreciate geting the photo and same day delivery though.

This is the 2nd time that I have placed an order online and the product really did not match nor look as good as the picture on your website. I have always used McShan for flowers and you have been marvelous in the past. You are really letting me down these days.....................

I definitely like getting pictures but this picture today is not near as colorful looking as it appeared on the website and in the picture that was emailed to me yesterday. Overall, it is perfectly fine but for the price, I feel it should have been more colorful - there were brighter succulents in the original photos!

There wasn't a signature or message on the card.

This is pretty and it will do, but it is not what I requested. I specifically asked for traditional daisies (white with yellow centers). When asked if That was all I wanted, I said they could “work their florist magic” and add some greenery or a few other flowers as an accent. This arrangement, while pretty, appears to me to be equal parts (1/3 each) white, yellow and purple flowers. It is not what I requested. I do like getting a photo of what I ordered.

Wish I would have said no greenery or just a small amount! Not the look I was going for. I wanted a more feminine look more airy!! I appreciate the photo though! Thank you for sending!!

Don't see a doz roses.

My bouquet look like it's supposed to be a vase of flowers not something I will be holding.

The plant is beautiful, however I asked for a pole ivy (pothos). ThIs is an arrowhead plant.

Flowers were beautiful but the prices have gone way up.

Not sure that this is correct. I received 2 messages showing different arrangements. The second one is what I hope was received by Ms. Baker. Therefore, no comment on this message/arrangement. Minnie Busby Titsworth

Nice & green. Could have used more flowers like the callas in the online picture.
