Unfortunately, does not look as pictured online.

A very nice arrangement… it was esthetically very pretty. However, I felt it was incredibly overpriced. I felt taken advantage of at a vulnerable time.

The photo in the image shows the flower arrangement and a candle to be delivered on Wednesday, together. Sadly no one let me know that the candle was not delivered to the recipient with the arrangement. It took 3 days for the candle to eventually be delivered. Communication should be key with the customer.

It's pretty although not exactly as the website picture. The arrangement is not balanced, missing several pink buds on one side of the tree. The tree has a couple of limbs sticking out as well. Unfortunately, the time or care wasn't taken as previous ordered arrangements.

This arrangement is not as attractive as the one online. There aren't any pink roses or carnations.

Ok looking at this photo for my order. The roses are not balanced and there is huge gaping hole on this side in photo. I will pick up around noon

The flowers look more brighter and alive on the website. I was under the conclusion it would come with the decorative piece as well.

Paid for the upgraded arrangement but photo doesn't even look as full as the standard arrangement.

3 stars. that's only because I couldn't find out how large the item was. I bought it unseen in person, only through photos, and the salesperson couldn't find out either. I finally found out AFTER the recipient called and thanked me for the gift (he was delighted) and told me it was about a foot high. I'd have been upset if it had been say 6 ins.

Why didn't you put a pink ribbon on the basket? The basket on line had red flowers with a red ribbon. I'm a little disappointed you didn't do that.

Arrangement looked nice, well put together. However, description of was was ordered, the Autumn Highlights Bouquet - Deluxe advertises featured sunflowers as the main attraction and the arrangement received had yellow daisies instead. I specifically ordered this arrangement for the sunflowers, disappointed we were not given what was advertised.

The plant is gorgeous, but the presentation is lacking - pot is not similar to website pic, and we hope there will be a bow added…

Order was delivered on time but, the beautiful butterflies were missing from all three arrangements.

It is the correct arrangement. I did ask and was very specific to Brianna to make sure the ribbons or any of the decorations to be white, not blue only because I didn't want it over powered with sky blue.

Judging from you photo, the arrangement does not reflect the quality of flowers to which I am accustomed to from McShan. I have been a customer for 50 years or more.

Same as the picture, but no lilies/replacements at all. Was aware they were out. Assumed they'd replace them.

It's okay. Orange flowers would look good too with yellow. She loves gerber daisies so those are pretty.

Yellow looks better than the horrible orange I saw first.

This picture that was sent does NOT look what I ordered/ and that's why I gave it only 3 stars! It could be the angle of the picture that was taken. Possibly if the picture would have been " straight forward" I would have had a different review!

THIS IS A REMAKE FROM THE 1ST ORDER THAT I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH. WHEN I PURCHASED THEM, I ASKED IF THEY WOULD LOOK AT MY PREVIOUS ORDERS, BUT THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. ON THIS REMAKE, I WAS SATISFIED.

It's fine. Asked for lots of color. Kinda got lots of green

Too many of the flowers were not open and the greener covered the cross

Not as pretty as the photo online, doesn't seem as cohesively put together
