Service very good , mistakes in message were corrected ,after I reported them, before the on- time delivery. But, The hydrangeas were wilted the next day after arrival.

The arrangement looks pretty in the picture but when I received it some of the smaller flowers were falling off and the roses already had some detreating petals. I wasn't satisfied with arrangement especially since I paid so much for it.

I realize that the tulips have not opened up yet, but that drooping leaf on the left side makes this arrangement look rough. I've never before had an arrangement from McShan that wasn't absolutely beautiful. Maybe it will look better when it arrives.

The flowers are beautiful but very disappointed in the balloons. You portrayed them to be helium balloons, not balloons with sticks attached. And they don't even match the colors of the flowers. Red, yellow and orange balloons would've looked much better.

They are ok. I expected a more modern vase. That narrow base makes the whole thing look wimpy. The. Hydrangea Looks like it is crammed in there and staring to turn brown. It's really green for $180. Doubtful I will use y'all again.

The flowers will be fine but they aren't what I requested. I specifically asked for lots of pinks and purples mostly purple since she is a TCU alum. Again - it will be fine but it isn't really what I requested.
