My daughter told me I was to get two 1 lb boxes of chocolates or one 2 lbs box. The box I received was 7.1 ounces. I was charged $40 for that.

This was my fault for not ordering early enough for delivery but even so, the pick up was a little annoying. I made 4 trips to pick up because each time I came in, I was told they weren't ready and to return in 30 minutes or an hour or at 5 pm, etc. Just

Flowers are beautiful. I ordered 4 sets to the same address and paid delivery fees on all 4. Even though I referenced the other order confirmation numbers, as instructed by your staff, on each order. I think $60 of delivery fees is excessive.
