For $99, I expected my dozen roses to look better. I have been a client for over years. I was disappointed. Perhaps this was a bad day for arranger.

Flowers are beautiful. I ordered 4 sets to the same address and paid delivery fees on all 4. Even though I referenced the other order confirmation numbers, as instructed by your staff, on each order. I think $60 of delivery fees is excessive.

Hmmmm, these didn't look nearly as pretty (or as expensive) as the last arrangement I ordered from y'all. Maybe it was because of Valentine's Day?? Definitely disappointed this time.

I wish that the basket had been pink or white. It looks like it is a light purple with some purple flowers. I don't think it goes with the pink balloon.

Doesn't seem like the same nice full arrangement that McShan is known for but it does appear to be a dozen premium red roses and a medium box of chocolates.

It is nice, but I have seen more quality for $55.00. For a funeral service, I should not have asked for "designers choice." Time was essential and I did not have time to choose the arrangement and flowers.

For a girl baby, I think you should have added a pretty pink ribbon with plastic rattle or pacifier on it. That arrangement looks something for Valentine's or birthday. Thank you.

The bow is almost bigger than the arraignment...the flower arrangement is very thin compared to what I looked at on line...I'm sorry but very disappointed in it. I've never been disappointed when ordering from McShan.

Disappointing. In my comment you asked me for I said blue was his favorite color but you couldn't even use a blue bow? Daisies are a cheap filler. You usually do a great job, but I won't be ordering again.
