By this picture it just looks as if maybe the arrangement could have been a bit more full and less rock.

This plant is very pretty but in the picture of what I ordered, it looked like it was going to be larger for the price we paid.

The flower on your website appears in a planter - stoneware and the color of the plant is more of a pink color and not red.

Its nice but it just needed a few more flowers there some empty spots about 6 more flowers cause its looks like your regular for $70.00 it was bump up $$$ not flowers to $85.00

The arrangement was nice but the pick carnations could have blended more into the arrangement, and the roses could have been a lot more open. It looks like little tooth picks all through the whole arrangement

The first arrangement didn't have the "wow" factor, and many flowers died within 1 day. BUT my mom called, described the problem, and they sent a new arrangement with the "WOW" factor I paid for! Thank you!

Was expecting more roses, carnations and lilies, the greenery is overpowering. I order a similar spray less than a month ago and it was great, that one set the tone of my expectation.

We appreciate your feedback! After checking with the driver we find that in this instance, with the recipient not being home, our next course of action is always making contact with a neighbor close by who agrees to hold the order until the recipient can retrieve it. A door tag is always placed on the door letting the recipient know. Our drivers would never leave an order with a child and the driver states that the young lady who accepted the order was definitely old enough to responsibly accept the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and if you have any questions or comments please don't hesitate to contact us.

We LOVED the arrangement and the flowers when hey arrived. After 3 days however, the roses were completely wilted and had to be removed. Some of the smaller flowers were also very wilted. We removed the roses because it was a wedding week at my sister's h
