Hard to tell, the previous flowers I ordered saw in person and some of the flowers had brown tips. Hard to tell from this angle, but hopefully these are all fresh. thank you

From my view the arrangement looks s not skimpy. Perhaps bringing more flowers to front would give fuller appearance. I am sure they will be prettier when they open

Just not the McShan's of old. Some of the flowers didn't make it to 5:00 that afternoon and were already falling apart. Obviously not fresh flowers. Thank goodness it was a three hour event

I think the plant is pretty. The bow doesn't complement the plant at all. It looks like it was just halfway done and the pink isn't the greatest choice for a funeral. Normally y'all are great. And this is just my opinion. But you asked.

Asked for mostly purple with little pink accents. I would call that pink with purple accents. I usually absolutely love Mcshans flowers but not thrilled with this spray.

I understand your delivery person took the wrong plant to Irene with a Sympathy note. She told him she just got out of the hospital. He then made the switch. =\
