Order was placed a week before delivery, but obviously that wasn't near early enough. Flowers didn't arrive until after 9:00pm. I'll know next time to order months in advance. Hopefully that will solve the problem. In not, I'll make other arrangements.

For $80. The green plant was very small. McShan use to be gracious in their plants. Times have changed. Guess next time. Think on different choice. Thanks anyway.

The arrangement was nice. Less than 24 hours after delivery the rose had wilted. My wife called your office and explained the situation hoping that perhaps good customer service would offer her a replacement. Instead she received from your representative,

Your driver was rude when asked who the delivery was from. His response was, “ man I don't know just sign it. I have 5 more deliveries to make.

Generally a lovely spread, however, the container needed to be larger. The flowers started drying/dying out within a day despite watering. Customer service was informed and a new spread is to be delivered.

Nice, but not McShan's best..but I can understand the quality is not excellent given that it is one of the busiest weeks in the floral industry.

They were beautiful the first day but the second day the white flowers had already wilted (they look like stars). Usually my flowers last a whole lot longer.

I've been an McShan Florist customer for years with my recent order the flowers were delivered late Monday afternoon and the next morning one of the flowers had started to Wilt.

the flowers were beautiful...but the person the flowers were sent to didn't get them until 9:00pm !! so i will never order for a delivery on Valentines DAY...I will order for the day before. :(

They were a little tired looking at first and began to wilt pretty quickly thereafter. The arrangement was beautiful, but I am not pleased with the freshness.

Our rose arrangements are all around arrangements so you do not see all flowers by looking at one side of them. If 12 roses were not delivered, please contact us; we will definitely get it rectified. Thank you!

It really doesn't look like the one I ordered. The picture online had a nice shape. I don't know if it's the angle of the picture but the bouquet doesn't look balanced

Expected the greenery to have some light colored as the picture shows. The first thing you notice is a big clump of large green leaves. The vase is lovely, I guess my expectations were greater as I paid for the premium. Thank you

Not up to the standards we have come to expect. The flowers have an almost wilted look and the water in the vase had debris in it that gives the appearance of having been sitting around for some time. The delivery was very prompt.
