It really doesn't look like the one I ordered. The picture online had a nice shape. I don't know if it's the angle of the picture but the bouquet doesn't look balanced

Expected the greenery to have some light colored as the picture shows. The first thing you notice is a big clump of large green leaves. The vase is lovely, I guess my expectations were greater as I paid for the premium. Thank you

Not up to the standards we have come to expect. The flowers have an almost wilted look and the water in the vase had debris in it that gives the appearance of having been sitting around for some time. The delivery was very prompt.

I specifically stated I did not want this color pot. I called the office to make sure my online choice would not be changed. Otherwise, arrangement was delivered on time and as stated.

Te flowers were ok but I'm not happy with the late this flowers were delivered. 8:00 pm at night is way too late for a surprise that should be done early on the special occasion. I think you can do better on this

It's ok, and prompt delivery, but this fall short of the order picture. If the order picture is the "extra" or "deluxe" version, the description should say so. First time I've been less than thrilled with you, McShan's.
