Some of the flowers appeared to be dying and the bottom of the vase was warped, preventing the flowers from sitting flush and secure on the counter.

After so many beautiful arrangements, this one was a surprising let down. Appears no effort was put into the arrangement of the flowers. However, I have faith as this is t he best Florist in north Texas. Hands down

McShan did our wedding 26 years ago and Valentine roses every year since, among others. This was the first time they did not get them delivered! I had to call next morning or they would not have gone out again. Arrived evening of day after. Beautiful

Order was placed a week before delivery, but obviously that wasn't near early enough. Flowers didn't arrive until after 9:00pm. I'll know next time to order months in advance. Hopefully that will solve the problem. In not, I'll make other arrangements.

Generally a lovely spread, however, the container needed to be larger. The flowers started drying/dying out within a day despite watering. Customer service was informed and a new spread is to be delivered.
