Customer service is excellent. Although I expected the planter to be full with plants covering the entire pot like the picture shown on website. A little disappointed that it did not have more plants included for my cousins memorial service this morning.

Flowers were sparse for price. Arrangement wasn't delivered until 10 min before close of business; receipient had already left, had to come back to get them. Usually very satisfied- this time, not so much!

Ronda took my order. I requested the 4 shades of roses in a red vase on your website under Floral Substitutions. She researched and said you were out of red vases & the foliage with the white spots. She suggested the "fuchsia" vase but refused my request

I can not tell from the picture but it looks like carnations are in the arrangement. I asked for roses, hydrangeas , snap dragons and lilies. I spent $125 so I do not expect carnations in a flower arrangement. Please let me know if they did.
