There were fewer daisies and lots more filler and I had even updgraded. When you compare this photo to the catalog you will see the difference.

Flowers were sparse for price. Arrangement wasn't delivered until 10 min before close of business; receipient had already left, had to come back to get them. Usually very satisfied- this time, not so much!

Doesn't look like the pic on the website. I liked the color combination on the website. Also my Deluxe looks like the regular. Not too happy, just hope it looks better than in the pic.

Ronda took my order. I requested the 4 shades of roses in a red vase on your website under Floral Substitutions. She researched and said you were out of red vases & the foliage with the white spots. She suggested the "fuchsia" vase but refused my request

I can not tell from the picture but it looks like carnations are in the arrangement. I asked for roses, hydrangeas , snap dragons and lilies. I spent $125 so I do not expect carnations in a flower arrangement. Please let me know if they did.

Not as ordered. A man came to make it better. Disappointed at no trailing ivy. The lady who took the order was nice. Wanted a much "wilder" look with more twigs.

I don't like this, not what I ordered, too scanty. I Ordered the spath(peace lily)with bright colored bow . I don't usually have this problem with McShan. I did call in and Traci said she would have it fixed.

Pretty bland without a ribbon or something. Had I thought of it, I would have asked and paid for it. The representative did not suggest anything. For the first time in many years, VERY disappointed.

Service and quality are always fantastic, however with this arrangement I spent an additional 27% of the "as shown" price to upgrade 2 levels to "premium." What arrived had 1 additional rose and some extra greenery. I would not recommend upgrading this
