This was not the plant I picked out and paid for and was about to be delivered when I talked to someone to let them know and the got the delivery stopped and got the correct plant delivered the next day I was totally a wreck trying to get the correct plan

The flowers were beautiful but they didn't arrive for the recipients Birthday and someone was home all day. The driver should have called me if he went there and couldn't deliver them

A little concerned about the grandness of a 200.00 order. I was hoping it would be fuller. A little disappointed. Maybe I don't realize how much Flowers cost these days. Maybe the picture is deceiving. I hope that is the case Thank u

Smallest arrangement I have seen from McShan. We always order Birds of Paradise, at all price points, but this doesn't really look like a 60.00 arrangement to me. Better luck next time. Thanks!

Many arrangements have been ordered in the past and all were beautiful. Did not particularly care for the choice of flowers for the price.

The photo is nice. It is hard to rate without a detailed or up close/alternate view of the flower. A separate photo of an individual flower would have helped. An overall view, they look good.

This arrangement is all inexpensive flowers, and does not look like a $100, arrangement. I am really disappointed.

I am a little disappointed in this picture of the flowers I ordered. I thought the arrangement would look more like the picture on your website. It's okay, but I expected something more for the price.

The flowers are plentiful as always, but not all seem to be fresh, as a few seemed to be old and started to wilt after only two days. I expect fresh flowers to last longer than that.

Within one day two of the birds are drying up. My sister pointed this out, I should of called, now it is. Sunday & your closed. Not acceptable since they usually last weeks. I will call tomorrow. Otherwise the arrangement is beautifully done & looks

At 150. before delivery fee, I was a little surprised and disappointed at the smaller size of this funeral arrangement. The flowers were in nice condition, just too few of them!

There was a misunderstanding that your staff handled admirably. I needed separate carnations to hand out singly at church on Mother's Day, not an arrangement. Staff quickly substituted what I needed, and adjusted the bill. I believe next time I need to

Seems like more green than the purple in the photo I chose from. The color is what one pays for. Next time I would get something cheaper since I paid so much for leaves.
