The actual plant I chose and carried to your service desk when I ordered was a fuller plant than the one I saw at the funeral home. I make the effort to come and personally choose the plant as a I am visual person. If the plant the sales associate and I were looking at when I was there was not going to be the one to be sent, I would have liked to have been told that. Thanks for your service to us for these many years!

Sickly. No beautiful flowers A total disappointment and embarrassment When I requested a blooming living valentines gift to bring warmth to my widowed sister what was sent is not worthy of a 40+years loyalty to this company. I called directly to mcshans instead of 1-800 flowers. -star

The arrangement looks fine except the red ribbon is totally covering up the white bow. I would have rather the red ribbon to be a little lower just below. Instead of stretched across the larger part of the bow. Sorry, I should've given instructions.
