This arrangement looks smaller than the picture on your website and none of the lilies are open. I assume that they will open, however, the arrangement that will be delivered, looks smaller and the buds instead of opened lilies makes the presentation very different.

There is a QR code on the card tag that you can scan with your smart phone that will give you the instructions on how to care for your plant, or you can give us a call we are always happy to help.

It is pretty however I thought it was going to be larger and had 3 different colors based on what I remember from speaking with the lady who assisted me. Maybe it was 3 of the orange/rust plants in the center. By the way, I do appreciate receiving a picture of the plant.

Briana (sp) customer rep was very helpful and anxious to meet my requests. The plant is lovely but the ceramic container is very lacking. From the picture it appeared to be plastic- something I would find at Home Depot. I was assured it was not plastic. I then asked for a bow, which did help. My granddaughter loved the plant and received many compliments. Thank you! J

Flowers were BEAUTIFUL! Recipient was out of town. McShan called her & held off on delivery until she returned so the bouquet would be fresh. Awesome customer service! However, no msg card was on the flowers, so she didn't know who sent them until we talked 🥺.

This is a good second alternative. What I originally tried to order turns out was unavailable....thankful you send photos, because I did not what was set up as a substitute. I am glad I was able to choose another option before the order went out for delivery.
