The flowers were beautiful. I only marked it down a star because we requested all white flowers for the Teleflora Heavenly peace arrangement. I loved getting a photo to let us know it was arriving. We had a minor issue, only one arrangement was delivered so I was able to call and the person who answered helped me by tracking down the driver and having the second arrangement delivered. All was resolved quickly and am overall satisfied. Thank you!

The picture is too dark, but the ribbon is a royal blue. I would like the picture to be lighter so that the ribbon color is more apparent. When you pick them up you will see. Thank you

The corsage was lovely! I gave four stars because the slap bracelet was on backward (folding over the flowers instead of the wrist), so I had to pick it apart, remove it, and reattach it only a few minutes before my son's dance. Otherwise, the service was great, and the flowers were beautiful.

They look nice, however, the picture on your website seem to include more of the white flowers and looked a little fulller (maybe it's because the roses on the website are open) but nice nevertheless

The first flower arrangement was unfortunately never received due to the delivery-driver did not follow the instruction on the note. However, McShan florist went ahead with the replacement so we could still have the flower for the church on Sunday.

It's our job to make sure things go as smooth as possible, so we are truly apologetic for the poor service you received with that first driver not following the instructions you put on your note. We have made things right by delivering the replacement, so we are glad you still had your flowers for church on Sunday.
