The arrangement ordered was replaced with a different arrangement which I did not like but due to time restraint's accepted. I expected a much nicer replacement from McShan's. The text messages, photo and service was great.

Small.

No color variety, too much green.

I love the arrangements. Just thought the bows would pop out more.

What size is this? It looks remarkably small for $85.

It is nice, but feel like it is missing a bow or banner.

McShan always has AMAZING arrangements! Wouldn't think of using any other florist.

I like the plant but I requested a red ribbon or bow and white flowers or vise versa for Coca-Cola colors since is sent from the Coca-Cola Classics Retirement Group. I don't see that in the picture.

Nice arrangement, but it just doesn't "wow" me.

I believe the arrangement is not quite as tall as the plants were in the on-line picture. However, overall I am pleased with the purchase. I am extremely happy with the fact you send both a picture of the arrangement and an email confirming the delivery. These notifications speak highly of your services! Thank You.

I was hoping for a fuller bouquet, more like the picture on the web site. I don't see any lilies. Regardless, the recipient thought that they were beautiful. She needed a spiritual boost; these flowers were perfect!

Even this arrangement isn't real, it is absolutely beautiful in my dining room table!

The flowers were beautiful unfortunately Friday December 22,2022 the were already drooping. That was sad because the ones you delivered to Alaina McLemore for me in February stayed beautiful for ever. I love getting the photo of what they are going to look like. That is a wonderful service you provide.

The flowers you delivered for Courtney McLemore were beautiful. Unfortunately on Friday 12/22/22 several of the flowers in the arrangement were already drooping. Very sad about that since the ones you delivered in February stayed beautiful forever. I love the fact that you send pictures so that I can know what I am sending.

Although quite beautiful, this arrangement didn't quite meet my expectations. I ordered from online picture of "Sentiments of Serenity", but tweaked it by adding that I wanted it to be red and white. So, I expected red roses and some lilies. I do like the red berries. However, I do not think this is a $200.00 arrangement. My rating is based on amount I paid and what I received. The arrangement is beautiful.

It's pretty but not enough ivy & didn't like large leafed plant on left side. If that large flat leaf plant wasn't there I'd have preferred it more and more english ivy.

The assistance with choosing a bouquet was superb. Because the woman figurine on the “Kincaid” keepsake was actually really scary looking, I wouldn't order that particular arrangement again.
