Over all: You were a last chance florist for me to send same day arrangement to a friend. Thank you! For the price: I was hoping for a larger arrangement, but it was better than no arrangement at all! Arrangement is very nice . I thought when ordered the plant would have the African Violet flower as the picture did on the website. I guess I should have stressed which flower. When order is being placed I would recommend asking which flower as it will be assumed it's the flower on website

Seeing a picture is great and caused us to ask for a change from black container to white as shown in the internet ad. I do wonder, however, what happened to the paper wrap and/or bow that used to accompany floral choices. Very impressed with same day delivery.

Disappointed that it didn't look more like the ad online with more pink flowers. It looked a little drab with more green and with yellow flowers. Thanks for sending photo

On this order, I needed to make a second call to your customer service # and I spoke to Charlotte. Charlotte was very helpful and patient making the process easy for me. During my initial call and the second call there was a heavy static on the line making it difficult to clearly hear the representatives.

My arrangement was to have white roses with other white flowers I didn't see those roses in the arrangement. There were other white flowers I didn't know. My ribbon didn't say what I requested.

The flowers are beautiful, however, I wish the roses weren't already fully blossomed. Those will be dead before the end of the day. :( I do like getting pictures of the flowers before they are delivered.
