Cynthia was fantastic, professional and courteous. One problem, my white carnations were beige/yellowish instead of white. That was a big issue. With short notice we had to accept as is.

It was a pretty arrangement but seemed a little crammed together. It would have been more impactful and prettier if the flowers had been spaced a little further apart with maybe a bit more greenery and filler. No major complaints, just not quite a 5 star arrangement.

I loved getting a picture of my order. I requested a Bright and Cheerful arrangement, so I was disappointed that there were only 3 bright flowers in it. However, my mother-in-law loved it.

The flowers were very nice. They were not like the ones I picked out at the store but were similar. I learned not to go early but to go the day before so that I can actually pick out the ones I want.
