Overall, I like the spray. I wish it had more roses to fill in the Cross.

Pleased with the order, as always! I appreciate the photo sent on delivery date. It is always nice to see what is being delivered.

I saw an arrangement in your cooler that had nice flowers and was approximately 24-30inches high in a tall vase and asked for one like it except not quite so high. I got my wish I guess. I got an arrangement that was 12 inches high stuffed in a squat square jar of a vase. The flowers were all very nice and what I wanted but were not the style of arrangement I expected.

It's nice...not as much burnt red color in the background as represented on the website. Hopefully something red blooms on it soon.

The recipients LOVED it which is what is most important. From the picture, the flowers seem a bit smushed together. Most of the have long stems so for me I'd want more heighth. It's an extra bonus to receive a photo of the arrangement. Thank you.

I really appreciate that McShan sent an additional bouquet of flowers after I expressed disappointment in the first arrangement that I sent as a birthday gift. They were extremely nice and listened to my complaints about the size of the actual arrangement vs. what was delivered. Thanks for your professionalism.

The description was different than the actual arrangement (see description below) in that it was not mostly white flowers. Nonetheless, the arrangement was beautiful and delivery was excellent. I like the first arrangement McShan made. This replacement is nice; I just like the selection of plants in the first one better.

The arrangement was pretty and the colors coordinated with the funeral flowers from the family. I thought the arrangement would be bigger than it was. But it was pretty.
