I prefer the lighter green in the picture online but this is still a beautiful arrangement especially once the flowers all bloom

Though this arrangement is beautiful, the flowers shown on the web-site, especially the lighter colored lilies, Anthurium and green hydrangeas made the arrangement look more "airy and tropical". which is what I was hoping for. The dark orange roses make and the missing flowers mentioned make the arrangement look "heavy" but still very pretty. I know that flower substitutions have to be made at times and I appreciate McShan's arrangements trying to stay as close to the web picture as possible.

I love getting a photo! However, I ordered a premium and the flowers do not look as full as the standard example on your website. In comparison, I see 4 roses on my order versus two on the website, but lots of other 'filler' flowers on the website that I can't see in this one.

I appreciate your flexibility in changing the delivery address.

The arrangement was quite a bit darker than as advertised on the website, but all in all pleased at the look. Yes, we like getting a picture of what it to be sent.

They did not add the extra set of purple in the back so does not look like what I ordered amd cost was 160 was expecting it a little filler.

I ordered the beautiful love bouquet, which shows a lot more flowers and varieties. That being said, McShan's service is amazing and when we found out the birthday girl was going to be gone, the customer service team went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was changed. This is still a very beautiful arrangement, just not too much like the website.

The arrangement is beautiful. The chocolates divine. However, there was nothing indicating who it was from!

Thank you for sending the photo. It's not as pretty as original selection, I assume substitutions has to be made. Maybe when the lily's open it will add that extra pop of color that seems to be missing. The purple flowers at the top look a little droopy. That being said, it's a nice arrangement and I am sure she will enjoy it.
