Not quite exactly what I ordered. The one pictured had ore blue in it but this will have to do. Also the roses look less that fresh.

The picture from the website showed all pink flowers which is our friend's favorite color. However, I see a lot of filler items. She was excited to receive this gift. It is great to get a picture! Thank you.

Like it, however I thought it would have a little more flowers to the arrangement.

I appreciate the photo. Thank you. The vase was pretty and as ordered. The flowers looked pretty but i couldn't really see them well in the photo - they looked dark colours and the arrangement looked somewhat assymetrical. The reason I selected the arrangement was because of the pale pink roses (12 I think) and the symmetry of the arrangement. The recipient thought they were very pretty. Thank you for your timely delivery - it was a special birthday.

Beautiful arrangement. Sending a pic of arrangement before delivery is a great idea. The only problem is I ordered this because all flowers were pink online. I really wanted all pink.

Flowers were beautiful and delivered timely. Ordering by phone with a rep took 18 mins but she did great. I appreciate email update of order and delivery. I have been ordering for more than 10 years from this company.

Flowers were very pretty. Delivered promptly with courteous delivery. My daughter was very happy with gift.

This is a lovely little arrangement but not at all what I thought I was sending. In the photo from the website it looked like a zz plant in a white ceramic pot in a wood holder.

Great customer service over the phone. The flowers are lovely but seem to be more of a fall color scheme. Was hoping the flowers had more spring flower colors, like shown in the website photo.

I appreciate the amazing customer service received and ease of ordering! However, What I ordered is not how the delivered bouquet turned out though. But I do like that a photo is sent. Thanks!
