The flower arrangement was beautiful and stunning , however, I asked for it to be delivered between 3-5pm so as to preserve flowers for early AM service . The spray was delivered between 9-11 consequently the beautiful flowers had already started to wilt,,,,,, very disappointed.

I would be happier if the arrangement was with all the same flowers as the picture on the website, I loved those pink flowers with yellow in the middle, I guess is out of season

I like to order from McShan because of their quality arrangements. I took one star away since the photo of my arrangement wasn't as full and showed the filler at the bottom. I do like getting a photo.

Not sure if it really was a $100 arrangement but The recipient loved them which is all that matters.

A little small than expected

I got these for my son and his wife for their anniversary. The flowers are beautiful. I do appreciate you sending me a photo! That is a nice touch , since they live in TX and I'm in NY. I also purchased my grandson a stuffed animal that was not sewn on the top. Not happy about that.

It looks lopsided.

Kind of disappointed with the arrangement. The picture on the website was red roses with a white and PINK lilies. It was more striking than what was delivered. But still a nice arrangement.

It's pretty but not what I thought it would be. I thought it would be pinks, purple and yellow and other spring flowers

I asked for a pink bow not purple. The flowers could have been pink also. The arrangement is nice. I like receiving a text letting me know when it was delivered and what it looked like.

As always, McShan came through 1st class. They provided a beautiful arrangement on very short notice to a difficult situation. We've used McShan for many years and will continue to do so.

Our family has used McShan's over 60 years. We have always been well pleased. Even living out of state, still using McShan's. Sending a photo is a great idea. However, the 'angel' is not appropriate for this person, she did not like angels. I selected the particular bouquet because the website showed a picture of a 'keepsake' porcelain piece. While there is mention of possible substitute flowers, plants, there was no mention of substituting the porcelain piece. Otherwise, we would select a 5 star rating.

I liked the way the delivery was handled…the follow up and picture of actual flowers was great. Flowers were very pretty ,not quite like the picture I ordered from,
