The arrangement is very pretty. Would have given 5 stars except that the outer edges of the pink roses are tinged with a touch of wilt. Otherwise, the arrangement is satisfactory.

I was very pleased with their customer service skills. I live about 3 hours away and my son had already placed an order for his wife (my beautiful daughter-in-law). He gave me the number to call and place an additional order. Our phone conversation was as if I were a regular customer. I don't mind spending my money where customer get first class treatment. I will definitely become a regular customer.

Looks really pretty and love the colors! Also love getting a photo of the finished arrangement so I know I got what I paid for. I think, too often, the recipient won't tell the sender the arrangement was not up to snuff for fear of offending. This is great!

The arrangement is pretty. However, I might not have ordered this. The one shown online had lots of pink. My friend in hospital loves color. Not unhappy. Will be more careful next time. I love getting the picture!

The bouquet is pretty, but it is not the Party Punch Bouquet that I ordered.

I thought there was going to be more blues and purples in the arrangement and that it would include hydrangeas, as discussed. Perhaps I should have been more specific. It's nice but much brighter than expected. Definitely like getting the picture.

Flowers were beautiful and very fresh. My daughter loved them. Arrangement of the flowers with gap in the middle is a little modern for my taste. Prefer them to look natural. Otherwise, service good and arrangement what I asked for.

The arrangement looks lovely. I wish I could see the container better as it looks a little different from what I selected. I would also like some familiar object in the frame to gauge the arrangement's size - like a hand or even a piece of fruit.

It does not look at all like the image on your website except for the base. The website picture had pink and more flowers. I paid extra for the upgrade. We just received them. They look better than the picture. The picture did not show well but the actual flowers are good.
