I wanted more flowers and for the basket to be wider. Disappointed that there isn't more color. The only saving grace is the balloon has a bit of color.

I liked the arrangement.

While I absolutely love mcShan's Customer Service, this arrangement really does not resemble the picture frm the website. It seems to be less abundant in flowers than the pic. It's a shame bc I love the "Log" as the vase idea...

It does not seem very full up the pole.

I really appreciate McShans changing the red to the pink bow (like the picture on the web site.) However I was disappointed that the arrangement was not as full of plants as the one on the website.

It's fine. I think I expected it to look more full like the website. The whole look on the website was was much more full and open. Maybe they will open more

Flowers look good. I had hoped for more blue, but I realize some of the blue flowers are still in bud. Thank you for sending a pic.....very good idea, it helps - especially when you place order and will not see the actual flowers upon delivery. Thank you!

Beautiful arrangement

I like that you sent a picture. This looks like a medium size plant.I wanted one like I order last month. A larger taller one .I know plants very well. 8 can tell by looking at pot.The other was twice the size of the pot.

While the arrangement was nice I was a little disappointed in he substitutions. I had selected "Cherry Blossom Bouquet" because of the specific colors but the arrangement received was more heavily oriented toward green rather than the abundance of purple, pink and red. I realize you had indicated some substitution may need to be made but a closer color match should have been selected.

The recipient was very pleased and noted it was a beautiful plant.
