Do not like the jar for a vase. The flowers are very pretty though. Color combo makes a sweet combo.

I really like the arrangement. I was imagining the calla lily would be more pink but I do like it.

Plant was very nice...I like the pretty white pot and appreciate the care taken to choose well. I always know I can depend on Mc Shan to deliver!

The arrangement was pretty enough but I did not feel that is was a $200 arrangement. The customer service and follow through was fantastic. I will definitely order again from McShan but I will be a little more clear with my direction. Thank you!

The 2 pink flowers hanging over under the red one at the left bottom were broken and looked willted other than that it was beautiful

Dispointed that name was not changed as requested back in 2011 some yeaars ago I believe. Dispointed that there was 2 accounts. When name or phone number given, would think correct account would pull up. I was wrong. Pray that this have been corrected. I believe it was. Spoke with Amy.

Nice healthy plant, filled order quickly

I really liked the brown basket with the orange colored bow better. That's what I thought was being sent. The tag on the front doesn't allow me to see what's in the basket. I would've preferred another color bow since it was as for a female.

Have been using McShan florists for 40yrs. Always happy with the arrangements and flowers choices. Was disappointed this time that I stated it was for Birthday, but they put a “get well” balloon in it !

Not quite as lovely as the photo I ordered from, but they are okay.

The arrangement and the flowers were excellent.

They did come out pretty, and the recipient liked them a lot. I liked them too, and I understand that sometimes substitutions must happen, but the colors of the flowers were not what I ordered. Only slightly disappointed. Yes, I like the photos! Changing my star rating below from my previous rating because I did it wrong!

The flowers were beautiful

Flowers were beautiful and they looked like the picture online. They were delivered in plenty of time and I appreciated the photo of them. However, I had requested that a banner/sign of "Dear Sister" be placed on them but that was not done, making it impossible for others viewing them to know who they were from.

Where's the bow?

Nice, fragrant arrangement. After two days, most of the flowers still look good. One of the front lilies had brown dead spots within the first 24 hours. While the roses have all fully opened, only one of the stems has drooped. Paying $5 extra for a before noon delivery was worth it. A couple of years ago I ordered flowers and they did not show up until 10:00pm.

They looked awesome just a little over price

I definitely like the arrangement and I like the fact that I got a picture of my arrangement. The only issue is I feel like a bow or something should have been put on the pot. It looks so plain.
