McShan florist, I am writing to apologize, and well… eat some crow for being completely wrong in my review this morning. After receiving the photo, I later saw the arrangement in person, it was dramatically different and much nicer than your photo portrayed it. The planted arrangement is indeed quite large and does have the Peace Lily plant I requested included. Unfortunately, there were no buds on the plant, so it didn't look the way I expected it to. In person I could clearly see the leaves of the Peace Lily plant. I stand corrected, you did provide exactly what the woman on the phone told me you would. I was wrong and I have no doubt once the Lily blooms, it will be beautiful. Hopefully someone in her family will enjoy it for many years. Please accept my apology for assuming incorrectly and reviewing my purchase harshly. There were only 2 minor issues that were disappointing. I have already mentioned the lack of any bow or embellishment. I think the plain brown container detracts from the overall appearance of the plant design. Thus somewhat aging and dulling the design. I saw that it had been placed alone near the guestbook. Rather than inside the service with other more vibrant arrangements skirting the casket. Also it was damaged. Idk when it happened, during or after delivery. When I arrived 30 mins after your delivery, 1/3 of the daises were broken apart and dangling off the side of the pot. Like they were banged up in some part of transport. I smooshed the broken stems back into the soil with the rest of the blooms, fluffed it a bit and hid the damage. Not sure who/how or when that happened, but it is surely disappointing. You asked if I enjoyed receiving a photo of my purchase? It is definitely a nice perk from your customer service I think it could be improved by using some sort of a photo background. Giving the arrangements more perspective and a better size comparison/correlation could then be seen in the photos. I can see you put pride into providing extra value. For me, you missed adding the real finishing touches. Such as offering coordinating ribbons/bows/wildlife etc. I feel that is especially important for your sympathy/bereavement even wedding customers. It would also feel more personal if you were to offer add on options like a cross or angel for example. Regardless of my above suggestions, the planted funeral arrangement I purchased was lovely. They look lovely and service was great, however I chose this bouquet because on line the picture showed that they would have large beautiful gerber daisies and someone I spoke to even said how large and beautiful they would be, but they were not put in this bouquet so I was a little disappointed that those were not also in the bunch. Thank you.

All is well but I don't need a photo after delivery I thought the photo was for me to see before to make sure the arrangement was what I otdered

The arrangement is very pretty. Would have given 5 stars except that the outer edges of the pink roses are tinged with a touch of wilt. Otherwise, the arrangement is satisfactory.

I was very pleased with their customer service skills. I live about 3 hours away and my son had already placed an order for his wife (my beautiful daughter-in-law). He gave me the number to call and place an additional order. Our phone conversation was as if I were a regular customer. I don't mind spending my money where customer get first class treatment. I will definitely become a regular customer.
