Roses were hybrid pink and white instead of solid pink. Increase in cost on an arrangement that was not balance in design. Same arrangement as before. McShan did not add pink. Veronica

Like that McShan emails a photo of the arrangement...nice to see what the arrangement we are sending looks like.Easy ordering process on line. 4 star because arrangement not very creative, but bright & cheery...does the job!

The flowers were absolutely beautiful, however, the banner that we ordered with the word GRAN was not on the arrangement. Kids were a little disappointed, because that would have made it perfect.

it did not look like that..i was up close to it. for 145 dollars, it was okay. The roses were small looking the lilies sparse. I much prefer your artificial arrangements. They have a luxe look to them. These flowers did not.

Lovely arrangement and ceramic bowl. Personally would have preferred a bit more color. Enjoyed being able to see what we sent. Great service by staff.
