Very accomodating in correcting original arrangement. Would still have liked a more centered pine tree for a Christmas effect. Maybe there was not a taller one. Overall very satisfied with design and friendly customer service.

I am only giving 4 stars because a couple of the blooms look dark and wilted, but I realize that might be due to the quality of the photo. I will see the flowers later today at my neighbor's house and will reevaluate then.
