Molly, I have left you a voicemail to discuss your concerns. We attempted delivery on Saturday afternoon and the recipient was not home. The designer made sure all the flowers were fresh for the re delivery today. Thank you for your feedback!

The flowers looked great! They lasted from date of delivery (Wen) though Friday until they started too wilt. They were kept cool and in the AC, and also watered daily. The presentation was really nice!

It is a very pretty arrangement I just wish the Roses had lasted longer we have only had them since 5 Sept.. They have wilted badly and we have kept water in the Vase. I thought you would like to know this. Regards

Standing spray looks really nice. The phone representative was very helpful in bringing together the look we wanted. We decided not to add a bow but now looking at it maybe we should have. God bless you all.

The red flowers look sparse compared to the orange ones in the one on the website. I wanted the red and appreciate it could be customized, however the red seems minimal. I will still always use McShan but just thought I'd let you know my initial reactio

I asked for a teal bow but it didn't look good with the arrangement. I wish you had called or sent me a pic before the day of service. The arrangement was beautiful and the bow was beautiful but they didn't coordinate. They were fine.
