The flower arrangement I ordered for funeral was exactly as shown in your flower selection. I was very pleased with the order, also the kindness and friendliness shown when I called to place the order was very much appreciate. I Ordered ONE DOZEN yellow roses yet only got SIX. I told you specifically, that I needed ONE DOZEN?? Why did this happen?? But. Do love that a photo was taken. BUT, very unhappy that I did not get a dozen roses as instructed.
