The flowers arrangement does not have the stargazer lily I had seen on the website. Looks ok however, I was expecting the stargazer flowers included.

Rachel, your stargazer lilies are actually in the arrangement, however their buds are still tight. In the photo, you can't see them yet. They should open up soon. If you have any questions please call us 214-324-2481

You always do a beautiful arrangements. However, I am a little disappointed this time. I ordered and paid for the little unicorn with the 'Premium' arrangement of flowers. The photo of the one delivered is clearly your 'Standard' arrangement. It's not a major issue but I noticed.

I have sent flowers twice with McShan. Both times they got it right. Both times the flowers and plants looked beautiful. Both times they sent me photos of what they actually sent. And both times the people I sent them to were very happy. Amazing service amazing people amazing flowers!

Charlotte was very kind and helpful when I placed my order. I do appreciate receiving a photo of the tree that was delivered. Unfortunately, between the time it was delivered on Saturday and when I saw it at the service at 2:30 on Sunday, the blooms were drooping and wilted looking, but still red. I don't know what happened between the time of the photo and the time I saw them, but it was embarassing that my arrangement did not look good.
