It is pretty, however I had requested that there be no lily's since they have a cat and lily's are poisonous to cats (I think those are pink lily's in the center?). Thank you

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the customer service was outstanding! The photo of the order is an added benefit....appreciate it!

I am disappointed because 1) the baby's breath I requested was not included in the arrangement. 2) the greenery I requested - Italian Ruscus was substituted with leather fern, which I don't like. 3) A pink Daisy type flower I don't know the name of was added, that I didn't request and don't care for.

I am so pleased with Nicole's! I needed a same day delivery of flowers after being screwed by FTD and Ava's Flowers. I live in NY so I was just googling local florists in Chichester. I called Nicole's and they could not have been more helpful! The woman I spoke with was so pleasant and knowledgeable. They made up a beautiful arrangement very quickly and then sent me a picture of it before they delivered it. If I lived locally, I would go there for all my floral needs! Thanks Nicole's!

Beautiful arrangement! Thank you! I could not find any arrangement for my brother in laws services that spoke to me, so when I placed my order, I asked for an arrangement similar to one I had seen, but in different colors. I was out of state and unable to attend, so I truly appreciate receiving a photo of the flowers I ordered! They were exactly what I was looking for!

I have to admit I was disappointed in this arrangement. I ordered an Urn arrangement, and this wreath did not fit around the urn at all. We had to rig something to sort of make it work but it really did not work for what we needed and caused a lot of stress right before the services started. I suggest you ask the size and shape of the urn if you are asked to do these kinds of arrangements in the future. I assumed you knew what to do for this kind of thing. The size and choice of flowers was also underwhelming compared to the price.

The picture only was a lot brighter. The roses were a bright orange and the yellow flowers were bigger in the online picture. The name was vibrant. I did not feel as though this arrangement was vibrant more just plain.

The photo was great, customer service was above & beyond. I definitely will be keeping your #on hand for in the future. Thank you very much Christina, for all your help.

I phoned Nicole's to order an arrangement for a funeral in Epsom. The staff person was very helpful in helping me create a custom arrangement. Tthe picture they sent was exactly how I envisioned it would be, and the family let me know it added a very pretty touch to the service.
