There are no words that can express the incredible experience I had with Nicole's! I ordered a Birthday arrangement online for same-day delivery, and it was as easy as could be. I later learned the recipient was not going to home to receive the flowers, and called to reschedule. They informed me they had already delivered, but offered to go back and retrieve the delivery and re-deliver a new arrangement at a later date. Nicole's service was above and beyond anything I could have expected; a true delight, and a rare find in the world today. I will continue to give Nicole's my business as often as possible!!
