That looks much smaller than the photo on the website. There are fewer flowers than the website picture and were there no gladiolas that were more open? The blooms are barely visible.

We were disappointed with this order. The night they were delivered we discussed how the roses looked fully bloomed already. The next morning we noticed petals had started falling off and one seemed like it had died.

Looking at the Picture in your website and comparing side by side, the picture had more colour to it, more flowers compared to the one you at delivering looks drab, only dark colours and half the amount of flowers.
