This is not a beautiful flower arrangement. I am very disappointed.

Not sure what happened between the time I was sent a picture of what they looked like and the delivery of the flowers but they looked like they had been tipped over and haphazardly put back together. They were for my wife's boss at her work so not too impressive!

This is very disappointing. I specifically said no carnations about 5 times on the phone and the person I spoke to read me the description back twice which stated no carnations and they put carnations in the arrangement.

It should have had some greenery around the gerber daisy. Very disappointing. I won't be ordering thru flower patch again

Unfortunately the order was not delivered in the time frame I chose. It's an apartment building that needs a code to get in or go to the leasing office but when the office said they need to call the resident the delivery person didn't call the phone number given at the time of ordering the flowers. I had to call to find out what happened and at first they said they will send them back out tomorrow. I had to insist they go back out today for my daughtes 30th birthday. We'll see if they can get the job done. First time using them and I'm not very impressed.

The pink flowers look awful. Old and discolored petals falling off.

I'm updating my review for Provo Flower Patch because I ended up not being pleased with my order. Not only did they originally make the wrong arrangement, but when I called them to tell them my Dad wouldn't be home until the afternoon they assured me they would deliver them in the afternoon. After checking back, the flowers had been delivered around 11 am and left outside on the doorstep because no one was home so they sat outside in the heat. When I asked for them to be picked back up and refrigerated until the afternoon they said they didn't have a driver to send out and asked me if I could drive over and check on the flowers myself. Well unfortunately I live in Idaho so that wasn't even possible. I paid around $60 and the arrangement was small and the carnations had been spray painted blue and green. When I ordered on Friday they told me they only had white carnations but they would be getting fresh ones on Monday. So I said go ahead and wait until Monday thinking they would have some flowers with the natural colors I wanted. Boy, my 92 year old dad was so disappointed and I was very embarrassed after all the beautiful flowers he has sent me. The communication was horrible and the arrangement was worse thus the one star rating. Very disappointed!

The flowers were spray painted and looked horrible in person. Because of the spray paint they didn't last and my 92 year old father was so disappointed. When I ordered on Friday they said they only had white carnations so I said "wait until Monday" when they told me the colored ones would be in. So I'm thinking they would be naturally colored flowers. Boy was I wrong. I had also told them if they didn't have blue and green to just send a variety. I was very specific. I paid almost $60 for this. And on top of that, the first flowers I ordered were wrong. An "I Love You Romantic" one. I called early Monday morning as soon as they opened and they changed the arrangement, but in their hurry I got this disappointing bunch. I also told them that he had a doctor's appointment in the morning so they assured me it would be delivered in the afternoon. Well, they were delivered at 11:30am and left on the doorstep, in the sun and heat, for hours. When I asked them if they could please pick them up and refrigerate until the afternoon, they said they didn't have a delivery driver and asked me to go do it (I live in Idaho). Overall a very disappointing experience. I would like a refund or another arrangement delivered.

That looks much smaller than the photo on the website. There are fewer flowers than the website picture and were there no gladiolas that were more open? The blooms are barely visible.

That is not at all what I ordered. I liked getting the photo. But very disappointed that, the arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered.

In the picture online the roses are not red. They are orange. That is what I prefer.

Most confused order I have ever placed

We were disappointed with this order. The night they were delivered we discussed how the roses looked fully bloomed already. The next morning we noticed petals had started falling off and one seemed like it had died.

While the bouquet was beautiful, it was delivered three days late. I wasn't even made aware of the fact until yesterday. Granted, one of those days was Sunday, so I'll let that slide. But, no one even bothered to call me to tell me on Saturday aft

It has a white bow in picture and looks cute in real life apparently it has a red and white striped bow and looks like shit ? go figure
