Ordered flowers to be delivered to someone at her work. Got aphobd message the end of the day the flowers were due to arrive, explaining that the computer system had been down, many deliveries were missed, my order would be delivered the next day and the

The comparison of this and what I paid for is equivalent to a Pinterest fail. I'm not a floral expert, but I feel like this is a huge downgrade from the image I purchased.

It is just ok. Could have done a much bigger arrangement with more orange like I requested for $70. The front yellow and orange flower looks wilted already.

This photo looks nice but we never saw the actual flowers in the room. After 5 p.m. I called to ask where they were. I cancelled the order and purchased some at the gift shop. Disappointed, but I saved me $20. I hope you will actually credit my charge
