These are not what I ordered. Flower arrangement totally different that original order. Delivery was supposed to be Friday 2/19. Didn't arrive until Saturday 2/20. Very dissatisfied!

They sent the wrong flowers and then said they substituted without calling or emailing me to see if it was ok. In the end I didnt get what I ordered and was told too bad.

This arrangement hardly resembles the picture on your web site. I am very disappointed! It showed all in lavender/purple flowers with at least three roses. This is NOT what was expected at all.

Very different from what I ordered online. I do understand that the exact arrangement that I order is not guaranteed but this is way off. There were no carnations and no baby's breath in the arrangement I ordered. Seems very bare. I do appreciate the time

Hi, It does not appear that the kinds of flowers chosen for the arragement are worth the $75 I paid for it. Very disappointed. It was mentioned that sunflowers might be put in the arrangement - but in lieu of those I would have expected better types of

Horrible !! I specifically said no CARNATIONS !!! I told them that quite a few times .. This better be fixed immediately . The only reason here is even 1 star rating is because it wouldn't let me finish without filling in at least 1 . It should be none

I'm very Disappointed. I asked for beautiful hydrangea which Suzanne loves and there were none. You said you had them. That's what I wanted. I've been happy with your arrangements in the past but this one is a big disappointment.

Absolutely disappointed with the arrangement. I was specific as to the flower I wanted. This does not look like a pink carnation and pink roses arrangement. Lilies and glads are NEVER my choice for any arrangement. Sorry.
